Warm congratulations to Yonglian Shipping's 5800DWT bi-directional stainless steel chemical ship "Jianhang Anda" for its smooth water loading!

On the morning of October 26th, Xiamen Yonglian Shipping Co., Ltd.'s 5800DWT two-way stainless steel chemical ship "Jianhang Anda", constructed by Wuzhou Shipbuilding Industry, successfully completed the tilt test in the dock and loaded water.

The total length of this ship is 109.8m, the width is 16.8m, the depth is 8.4m, the design speed is 12kn, and the endurance is about 7000 nautical miles. This ship is constructed with S32205 duplex stainless steel to meet the requirements of transporting various chemical liquid cargoes and ensuring the quality of the cargo. All liquid cargo pipelines, valves, etc. are made of 316L stainless steel, and the liquid cargo pumps are made of 316L stainless steel. This ship is used for bulk transportation of finished oil and chemicals (IMO Class 2) with a flash point less than 60 ℃. The heating temperature of the goods during transportation does not exceed 80 ℃, which meets the requirements of China Classification Society and IBC Code for Class 2 chemical ships.

Since the start of the project, the company has overcome the unfavorable factors such as great construction difficulty, high precision requirements, high temperature and summer heat, and the COVID-19. With the joint efforts of all parties, it finally ushered in the water filling moment.
